Chicagoland New-Car Dealers Raise Over $59,000 for USO
New-car dealers in the Chicagoland area have raised more than $59,000 for the USO through the 13th annual Drive for the Troops campaign. The funds will support service members and their families.

The Chicago Automobile Trade Association (CATA), in partnership with the USO, has concluded its 13th annual Drive for the Troops campaign, raising over $59,000 to support service members and their families. The campaign took place throughout the month of July.
The funds raised will be donated to the USO, an organization that provides support services to members of the U.S. military and their families. These services include lodging, transportation, communication, and emotional support at domestic and overseas installations.
CATA has partnered with the USO for 13 years on the Drive for the Troops campaign. During this time, dealerships across the Chicagoland area have contributed to supporting military personnel, aiming to gather funds and raise awareness for the organization's mission.
Last year's campaign yielded a comparable amount, indicating continued support from the local auto trade for service members. CATA has not released details regarding future campaigns.
