Fast-casual chain Chicken Salad Chick will open its first restaurant in Victoria County, Texas, on November 18.
Chicken Salad Chick is set to open its latest location at 9109 N Navarro Street in the Victoria Retail Village. The company announced that the site will begin operations on November 18, marking the brand's entry into the Victoria County market.
The new franchise location is owned by local resident Tanya Johnson, who transitioned to the restaurant industry following a 33-year career in a local dental office. According to CEO Scott Deviney, the expansion reflects a broader strategy to solidify the company's presence across Texas throughout 2026 and into 2027.
The facility will offer in-store dining, takeout, delivery, and catering services. As part of its opening strategy, the Victoria team has partnered with the local Riverside Cares outreach program to host fundraising events, consistent with the brand’s focus on community-based charitable initiatives.
