Chicken Salad Chick to open second location in Utah
Fast-casual chain Chicken Salad Chick will open its second Utah restaurant in Spanish Fork on November 17.
Chicken Salad Chick is expanding its footprint in Utah with the opening of a new restaurant in Spanish Fork, scheduled for November 17 at 588 E Commerce Way. The location will feature a drive-thru, joining the brand's existing Utah site in Pleasant Grove.
The restaurant is owned and operated by Michael, Rylan, and Jordan Mills of MJR Holdings LLC. The group, which has a background in small business management and accounting, plans to open four additional locations across the state. The expansion is part of the company’s broader effort to grow its presence in the Western United States.
Known for a menu consisting of various chicken salad flavors, sandwiches, and soups, the chain continues to emphasize its franchise model. As part of the launch, the operators are partnering with the nonprofit organization Project Sleep Tight to support local community needs.
