Chihuly Exhibition Extended in Grand Rapids Due to Popular Demand

Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has decided to extend its popular CHIHULY: Radiant Forms indoor exhibition by two months in response to high public demand. The exhibition, featuring works by world-renowned artist Dale Chihuly, will now remain open to the public through January 10, 2027.

The indoor show, which originally opened in June, has generated considerable interest, prompting the decision to prolong its run. Chihuly's works, known for their vibrant colors and unconventional forms, have drawn visitors to the park throughout its duration.

CHIHULY: Radiant Forms offers an in-depth look at highlights of the artist's career, focusing on his distinctive glassblowing techniques. The exhibition includes multiple installations specifically designed for the park's indoor galleries and has received positive reception.

Park officials announced the extension as a direct result of visitor feedback and ticket sales. The extended period provides additional opportunity for the public to experience Chihuly's art before the exhibition concludes in early 2027.
