China Investment Fair Promotes September Event Through Hong Kong and Macao Roadshows

The 26th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) conducted promotional roadshows in Hong Kong and Macao on July 8–9, ahead of the upcoming September investment fair in Xiamen. The events aimed to invite business communities from both special administrative regions to participate in the fair, highlighting China's commitment to high-level opening-up and facilitating bilateral investments.

Scheduled from September 8-11 in Xiamen, the fair will span a record 200,000 square meters of exhibition space. Nearly 50 countries and regions, including Germany, Italy, Brazil, and South Korea, are expected to participate.

The event will feature prominent international organizations such as the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the World Trade Organization (WTO). UNCTAD will host the "Future Investment Conference," focusing on fostering cooperation in strategic emerging industries.

Hong Kong aims to showcase its role as a "super-connector" for bilateral investments, with Macao participating via its own pavilion. ChongWa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. (MOX) will also debut as an exhibitor.

The CIFIT is positioned as a key platform for international investors and business delegations to explore opportunities in the Chinese market and establish investment partnerships.
