China Mobile Launches AI Trusted Computing Security Solution

China Mobile officially launched its AI Trusted Computing (AITC) solution on September 12, 2026, during the main forum of the 2026 China Computing Power Conference. The company also initiated a strategic cooperation to build the AITC ecosystem.

The AITC solution is built on China Mobile's cloud computing infrastructure and integrates core technologies such as confidential computing, domestic cryptography, and data flow privacy protection. It provides multi-form confidential computing capabilities and secure tokens, aiming to create an integrated AI security solution covering the entire lifecycle of AI training, inference, and data usage in the cloud. China Mobile states this allows clients to use public cloud services with the same security as private clouds.

This technology addresses common security pain points in data-sensitive industries like finance, government, manufacturing, healthcare, and research. It targets issues such as data leakage, model asset theft, and lack of trust in computing environments by moving beyond traditional plaintext computation. The solution enables data to be "usable but not visible" through end-to-end encryption and allows AI models to run securely in the cloud, making them "computable but not extractable."

China Mobile highlighted that AITC uniquely integrates its AI-eSIM and Super SIM technologies. This creates an "IoT + IoV" end-to-cloud collaborative AI security solution, preventing key leakage and data tampering at the physical layer and extending security to terminal devices. The company asserts it provides chip-level, full-chain security protection.

During the conference, China Mobile, along with partners including China Electronics, Bank of China, CNNC, CAICT, Huawei, ZTE, Alibaba Cloud, Inspur, Hygon, Moore Threads, and Zhaoxin, officially launched the strategic cooperation for building the AITC ecosystem.
