China to Distribute Over 310 Million Yuan in Consumer Vouchers
Chinese authorities are issuing over 310 million yuan in consumer vouchers and local subsidies during a national culture and tourism consumption month, aiming to stimulate market demand.

Chinese authorities are launching a significant consumer stimulus program as part of efforts to boost economic activity. Over 310 million yuan (approximately $43 million) in consumer vouchers will be distributed during the national culture and tourism consumption month, supplemented by local subsidies. The initiative aims to encourage domestic spending and support various industries.
The program is supported by a 100 billion yuan (approximately $14 billion) fund for coordinated financial and credit initiatives to promote domestic demand. Interest subsidies for consumer loans are also being accelerated. Alongside the national voucher campaign, more than 20,000 cultural and tourism events are being organized to offer richer choices and better experiences for residents and tourists.
Local authorities are also developing tailored consumption scenarios by integrating culture, tourism, sports, and leisure activities to create a more dynamic and appealing holiday market. These combined efforts are intended to enhance market vitality and provide consumers with more innovative purchasing opportunities.
Furthermore, China continues its government subsidy programs for digital devices and home appliances. Consumers are advised to take advantage of available vouchers and subsidies when purchasing items such as smartphones, tablets, and other electronic goods.
