The second large-scale cruise ship built in China, the Adora Huacheng, is scheduled for delivery in Shanghai on November 6. Following the handover, the vessel will commence its inaugural cruise season departing from the Nansha International Cruise Homeport in Guangzhou.

The vessel spans 341 meters in length with a gross tonnage of 141,900. It features 2,130 cabins capable of accommodating up to 5,232 passengers. The ship’s layout includes 28 dining and entertainment venues designed to cater to regional travel demands.

Beginning in 2027, the vessel will utilize Hong Kong as its primary homeport, with a schedule currently planned for nearly 20 voyages. This deployment is part of a broader strategy by operator Adora Cruises to integrate operations across Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, aiming to strengthen the Pearl River Delta’s position as a key maritime travel hub in Asia.
