Chinese large-scale AI models have emerged as leaders in global usage metrics. According to an IT Home report, the top five most frequently accessed AI models worldwide last week were exclusively Chinese.
Xiaomi's MiMo-V2.5 AI model secured the top position, recording 10.5 trillion token calls in a week, marking a 12% increase from the previous week. This achievement highlights China's rapid advancements and competitive standing in the field of large AI models.
The MiMo-V2.5 model series, which entered public beta testing in April, includes enhancements in reasoning, agent capabilities, context understanding, and multimodal perception. Xiaomi has also optimized its Token Plan pricing.
While the report does not specify the other models in the top five, Xiaomi's performance underscores the growing influence of China's technology sector in AI development. The company continues its technological progression, aiming to solidify its position in a rapidly evolving market.
