Major Chinese automotive companies released their October 2026 delivery figures, showing varied performance across the market.

1 November 2026

SAIC-GM-Wuling led the segment with 142,757 total units sold, while Leapmotor continued its growth trend by recording 106,127 deliveries, marking a 50.99% year-on-year increase. These figures highlight shifting demand patterns within the competitive Chinese electric vehicle sector.

Other notable market participants included XPeng, which reached a record high of 50,237 units, representing a 20% growth year-on-year. Xiaomi reported delivering 50,000 units during the same period. Meanwhile, SAIC MG reported 85,000 new energy vehicle sales.

Market cooling was evident for some established players. Li Auto saw its deliveries drop to 29,025 units, representing a decline of 8.63% compared to the previous year, while Deepal Auto recorded 32,602 deliveries, an 11.39% year-on-year decrease. The performance data underscores the current market volatility as manufacturers adjust to evolving consumer preferences.
