ChronicCareIQ Names Fahad Saleem as Chief Operating Officer

ChronicCareIQ has announced the promotion of Fahad Saleem to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Saleem joined the healthcare technology company in 2023 as Vice President of Customer Success and has served as Senior Vice President since 2024.

In his expanded role, Saleem will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including customer success, service implementation, and support. Furthermore, he will oversee the launch of a new product and innovation division, which aims to integrate product management with a dedicated innovation department to better address emerging trends in care management.

Saleem brings over 15 years of experience in the health-tech sector to the role. Prior to his tenure at ChronicCareIQ, he held leadership positions at companies including athenahealth, Azalea Health, and Canvas Medical, focusing on customer operations and business scaling.

CEO Matt Ethington stated that Saleem’s promotion is intended to support the company’s efforts in scaling its care management platform, which is currently used by medical practices to monitor chronic conditions and maintain engagement with patients between visits.
