CIEE Brings U.S. Students to Berlin to Explore German History
Four U.S. college students are participating in CIEE's "Knowledge Without Borders" program in Berlin, delving into Germany's history and democratic memory.

Last week, the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) welcomed four U.S. college students to Berlin as part of its "Knowledge Without Borders" program. The initiative aims to provide students with a deeper understanding of German history, its democratic memory, and the role of international education in comprehending contemporary global issues.
The students will spend several weeks in Germany exploring the country's past and its impact on present-day society. The program specifically emphasizes how international learning experiences can foster cross-cultural understanding and equip individuals to address global challenges.
CIEE has a long-standing commitment to international educational exchange, offering students opportunities to study and intern abroad. The "Knowledge Without Borders" program is part of CIEE's broader efforts to promote global citizenship and understanding.
