CIFIT Holds Roadshows in Hong Kong and Macao Ahead of September Fair
The 26th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) conducted promotional roadshows in Hong Kong and Macao in early July. These events aimed to boost participation in the upcoming Xiamen fair and highlight its international scope.

The 26th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) held promotional events in Hong Kong and Macao on July 8โ9, ahead of the main fair in Xiamen this September. The roadshows aimed to encourage participation from the two special administrative regions and underscore China's commitment to international investment facilitation.
The events drew senior officials, business leaders, and financial institutions. The 26th CIFIT, scheduled for September 8โ11 in Xiamen, is set to feature a record exhibition area of 200,000 square meters. Nearly 50 countries and regions are expected to exhibit.
Global organizations including the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and the World Trade Organization (WTO) are scheduled to participate. UNCTAD will host a future investment conference, while UNIDO will hold its dedicated forum during the event.
The fair will also include a dedicated session for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao. Hong Kong and Macao will host their own investment promotion events and pavilions, highlighting their roles in facilitating trade and investment.
As the September gathering approaches, CIFIT is positioned as a key platform for global investors to explore investment partnerships and opportunities within China.
