Circle8 secures $492 million IT services contract with Dutch government
Circle8 Netherlands has signed a four-year, $492 million agreement to supply IT expertise to three major Dutch government bodies.
Circle8 Netherlands has entered into a four-year framework agreement to provide IT consulting and staffing services to the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport; the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment; and the Dutch Healthcare Authority. The contract, which took effect on October 1, 2026, is valued at approximately $492 million and is set to run through September 30, 2030.
The deal consolidates IT procurement for all three agencies under a single contractual structure. The company identified this as its largest annualized contract in the Dutch market, representing a significant expansion of its existing public-sector business.
Circle8 Group CEO Guus Franke stated that the agreement serves as a milestone for the company, highlighting its capability to manage large-scale, multi-year programs. The framework is part of a broader corporate strategy to secure recurring revenue streams and increase the firm's footprint in high-value technology and workforce solutions across the European public sector.
