Cision News today announced its interim report for the first half of 2026, showing a total profit of SEK -57 million for the January-June period. This marks an improvement from the -578 million SEK profit reported for the same period in the prior year.
Profit from property management, representing earnings from the property sector before taxes and financial items, reached SEK 486 million, a slight increase from the SEK 476 million reported in the previous year. However, changes in property values resulted in a negative impact of SEK -412 million, compared to SEK -761 million in the prior year.
The company's net income for the first half of 2026 decreased to SEK 1,586 million from SEK 1,792 million in the corresponding period of the previous year. Net operating income stood at SEK 996 million, down from SEK 1,166 million year-over-year. Net letting amounted to SEK 19 million in the second quarter, compared to SEK 10 million in the same quarter last year.
