Cision News reported significant financial growth for the first six months of 2026, with net sales climbing 54% to EUR 45.56 million from EUR 29.56 million in the same period last year.
The company's organic net sales grew by 18%, underscoring the strength of its core operations. Other key financial highlights include a 67% increase in EBITA, reaching EUR 7.70 million, and a 73% rise in operating profit to EUR 5.12 million. The EBITA margin improved to 17% from 16%.
Cision News expanded its presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) through strategic acquisitions, consolidating Brainware Solutions GmbH during the reporting period. The company also saw its ARENIT Industrie SE SDRs listed on the NASDAQ First North Premier Growth Market on March 17, 2026.
"The first half of 2026 saw a very strong group performance, both organically and driven by acquisitions in our DACH-region," stated Dr. Stefan Niemeier and Dr. Nils Schlag, Co-CEOs. The company's earnings per share increased to EUR 0.06 from EUR 0.05.
