CEO Jörg Brinkmann stated that following a severe winter in Q1, the second quarter showed an expected normalization. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) before special items reached DKK 43 million. Brinkmann noted that market conditions remain challenging, particularly in the UK.
The company continues to see expected benefits from its German restructuring program. Therefore, Cision News is maintaining its full-year financial outlook. Sales volume increased by 4% in the second quarter.
