Cision News announced on Tuesday its financial results for the first half of 2026, revealing a three percent rise in rental income from property management, reaching SEK 1,257 million compared to SEK 1,226 million in the same period last year. The group's total net revenue for the period was SEK 1,642 million.

The company's gross profit saw a six percent increase, totaling SEK 850 million, up from SEK 803 million. The fair value of Cision News' property holdings was reported at SEK 48.7 billion, an increase from SEK 48.1 billion at the end of the previous year. Furthermore, unrealised changes in the value of investment properties contributed SEK 121 million to the period's results, a positive swing from a negative SEK 247 million in the prior year.

Overall, the net result for the first half of 2026 was SEK 593 million, a substantial improvement from SEK 264 million recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year. This performance indicates a strengthening financial position for Cision News, driven by both operational revenue growth and an appreciation in its real estate assets.
