Cision News released its financial results for the second quarter of 2026 today. The company's revenue grew by 7.2% to SEK 27,489 million, compared to SEK 25,631 million in the same period last year.

The operating result improved to SEK 2,695 million from SEK 2,140 million in the prior year's second quarter. Cision News cited higher prices and increased shipment volumes as drivers for the enhanced profitability. Earnings per share stood at SEK 2.09, up from SEK 1.86.

The company's net cash position was SEK 8.6 billion, following a dividend payment of SEK 2 billion in the second quarter. Furthermore, the lost time injury frequency (LTIF) rate decreased to an all-time low of 0.38, down from 0.64 previously.

Investments are being made to expand production capacity. The conversion project at Oxelösund is progressing as planned, with production start scheduled for Q2 2027. Groundwork in Luleå continues, and that project remains on track for a late 2029 production start.
