Cision News released its interim report for April-June 2026, indicating a decline in net sales compared to the previous year. Net sales amounted to SEK 179 million, down from SEK 197 million in the same period last year. The organic decrease in net sales was 8 percent.

The company's CEO commented that the second-quarter net sales were softer than the prior year, primarily due to a changed ordering pattern within Client Brand. Despite this, Cision News experienced improved profitability.

Gross margin rose to 65.7 percent (56.3 percent in Q2 2025), and EBITA reached SEK 14 million (SEK 14 million), corresponding to an EBITA margin of 7.8 percent (6.9 percent). Operating cash flow was SEK 25 million, compared to SEK 31 million in the prior year.

Cision News stated that it continues to advance its strategic positions and is well-positioned for the second half of 2026.
