Cision News Signs Major New Lease in Nydalen

Cision News announced its third-quarter 2026 financial results, showing rental income of NOK 364 million, an increase from NOK 353 million in the same period last year.

The company secured a major new lease contract at Gjerdrums vei 8 in Nydalen. Annual rental income (run rate) reached NOK 1,464 million, up from the previous quarter. The company anticipates an additional NOK 114 million in contracted future income from ongoing projects and lease incentives.

Cision News reported positive net letting of NOK 14 million, which reduced the vacancy rate to 7.4%. The weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) was extended to 7.5 years.

Retail and food and beverage turnover at Aker Brygge saw a 5% increase compared to the third quarter of the previous year. The company recorded a negative fair value adjustment for investment properties totaling NOK 191 million, a 0.7% decrease.
