Cisive Names Brian Matthews as Chief Executive Officer
Data and technology executive Brian Matthews has been appointed CEO of Cisive, succeeding Margaret Keane, who transitions to the company's Board of Directors.
Cisive, a firm specializing in background screening and workforce risk management, has appointed Brian Matthews as its new Chief Executive Officer. Matthews joins the organization with over 20 years of experience in data and technology leadership, having previously served as CEO of itel and in executive roles at Appriss Insights.
He succeeds Margaret Keane, who led the company since 2022. During her tenure, Keane oversaw expansion within regulated sectors such as healthcare and finance, while prioritizing investment in AI and infrastructure. Keane will remain with the company as a member of the Board of Directors.
In his new role, Matthews is expected to focus on strengthening Cisive’s screening and workforce monitoring platform. The company provides automated, compliance-driven data services intended to assist organizations in making hiring decisions and maintaining workplace safety.
