Cisneros Brothers Home Services launches student apprenticeship program in Victorville

Cisneros Brothers Home Services, based in Victorville, California, has integrated its first group of high school apprentices into its operations. The initiative is conducted in partnership with Construction Youth of America and aims to provide Adelanto High School students with practical experience in the plumbing and home services sector.

In addition to the apprenticeship program, the company received a BusinessRate award for the month of September 2026. This designation recognizes the firm's service performance based on customer feedback and local market metrics.

These developments highlight an effort by the firm to address industry-wide labor shortages by training local students while concurrently focusing on service rating improvements. The apprenticeship model serves as a long-term strategy for talent retention in the regional construction and maintenance market.
