Claigan to Host Webinar on Prop 65 Warnings and Omnibus Updates

Claigan Environmental will host a webinar on October 7, 2026, focusing on the upcoming 2028 warning requirements for California's Proposition 65 (Prop 65) and recent updates to the Omnibus law.

The new regulations will render generic warnings invalid, requiring short-form warnings to specify a substance. Identifying the correct substance will be critical, as listing an incorrect or irrelevant substance can void a company's "safe harbor" protection. With over 400 Prop 65-related prosecutions monthly, compliance is a significant concern for businesses.

The webinar will cover the 2028 warning requirements, Omnibus law updates, and practical approaches to compliance. Claigan aims to share its extensive experience gained from evaluating thousands of products for Prop 65 compliance.
