The new version introduces two key verification steps. The first confirms every result against a real, accessible source to prevent fabricated data. The second ensures that discovered products genuinely meet the patent claim's requirements, not just the general subject matter. This process aims to provide a concise list of relevant products with supporting evidence.
ClaimHit soft-launched V3 at IPBC Global in San Diego, where over 20 licensing executives tested the engine with their own patents. Many of these executives are now undergoing trials with the platform.
V3 supports analysis of individual patents or entire portfolios through its "Hit Matrix" feature. This tool visualizes which companies are associated with specific patents, streamlining the identification of potential licensing opportunities or infringement risks. The platform also allows users to upload their own teardown reports and targets searches based on company size.
