Clarivoy launches AI-driven attribution platform for automotive retail

Clarivoy has released a rebuilt version of its automotive attribution platform, shifting its focus toward AI-assisted data analysis. The updated system allows dealerships and OEM partners to connect their internal data directly to generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, facilitating real-time performance queries.

The core of the upgrade is an integrated AI analyst named Claire. This feature enables users to pose natural language questions regarding marketing ROI, vendor performance, and cost-per-sale metrics. By automating the extraction of these insights, Clarivoy aims to reduce the time spent on manual reporting while providing more specific data on which marketing channels drive vehicle sales.

Clarivoy CEO Steve White stated that the firm's independence is key to its utility, as the company does not sell media. This positioning allows it to provide unbiased measurement in a market where many analytics tools are offered by vendors with conflicting interests in ad sales.

In addition to the AI capabilities, the platform introduces a Customer Journey Replay feature to track touchpoints leading to vehicle purchases and an optimized interface for mobile reporting. The platform is now live, with all existing customers migrated to the new architecture.
