Classys Appoints Former Bain & Company Partner as Chief Commercial Officer
Medical aesthetics company CLASSYS has appointed Jung-hee Bae, a former partner at Bain & Company, as its new Chief Commercial Officer. She will lead a newly established global go-to-market center.
South Korean medical aesthetics firm CLASSYS has named Jung-hee Bae as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and head of its newly established Go-to-Market (GTM) Center. Bae, formerly a partner at Bain & Company, will be responsible for accelerating the company's global expansion, including ventures into the Americas, China, and Europe.
The new GTM Center will integrate domestic and international sales and marketing functions. The goal is to standardize branding, product launches, and marketing strategies globally. The company aims to achieve $1 billion in revenue before 2030.
Bae brings over 20 years of experience in business expansion and developing data-driven strategies. She previously worked at LG CNS, Deloitte Consulting, and Bain & Company, where she led the AI and digital strategy practice. Her expertise is expected to expedite CLASSYS's market penetration.
The appointment is part of a broader restructuring aimed at supporting the company's global growth. This follows previous appointments of CEO Jun-oh Yoon and CTO Taek-Soo Kim. CLASSYS is known for its energy-based devices, including Shurink Universe, Volnewmer, and Quadessy.
