Clean Motion AB finalizes new Articles of Association

Clean Motion AB has established a new set of Articles of Association, formally adopted on July 3, 2025. This document provides the foundational legal framework for the company's operations and structure.

The company's core business, as defined in the Articles of Association, is the development, production, and sale of resource-efficient vehicle solutions for the transport sector. The board of directors is headquartered in Partille municipality.

Key financial parameters are also set forth, including minimum and maximum share capital. The share capital is set to be between SEK 6.2 million and SEK 24.8 million, with the number of shares ranging from 62 million to 248 million. The board of directors will consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of nine members.

The Articles of Association also detail the procedures for calling shareholder meetings, including notification requirements and the possibility of digital meetings. The annual accounting period is set to align with the calendar year, from January 1 to December 31.
