Cleaning robotics startup Jingji Intelligent secures seed funding
Shanghai-based Jingji Intelligent has raised tens of millions of RMB in seed funding to advance its specialized surface-cleaning robotics.
Jingji Intelligent, a robotics startup founded in Shanghai last September, announced on October 20 that it has raised tens of millions of RMB in seed funding. The investment was provided by Haowen Tianshu Robotics and Shanghai Lanyun Industrial Development.
The company specializes in developing cleaning robots for vertical surfaces, countertops, and sanitary fixtures. By integrating force control, machine vision, and precision actuation techniques derived from medical robotics, Jingji aims to address specialized cleaning requirements in commercial and residential settings.
While maintaining its research and development operations and supply chain within China, the company is prioritizing international expansion. Jingji has established partnerships in Australia, Spain, Singapore, and Vietnam, and is currently moving into the product validation phase following the completion of its initial technical architecture.
