Las Vegas, NV โ€“ September 25, 2026 โ€“ Data center developer CleanSpark, Inc. announced today the closing of its previously announced offering of $2.276 billion aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes. This funding round is expected to support the company's growth strategy and infrastructure development.

The company's wholly owned subsidiary, CSDC Finance I, LLC, issued the 7.875% senior secured notes due 2031. The purpose of this debt issuance is to strengthen CleanSpark's financial position and enable significant investments in expanding its data center capacity.

CleanSpark focuses on developing data center solutions that leverage low-cost energy and optimize computing power. The company's business model integrates cryptocurrency mining, energy solutions, and operational excellence.
