Cloetta Launches Swedish Candy Pick & Mix Pilot in U.S. Retail

Confectionery company Cloetta has entered into an agreement with DeCicco & Sons, a family-owned grocery chain operating eleven premium supermarkets in New York. This partnership marks the first time a Pick & Mix concept featuring Swedish candy will be available in U.S. retail stores.
The initiative is part of Cloetta's ongoing geographical expansion strategy in North America. Following the successful opening of its CandyKing store in New York City late last year, the company is now extending its reach into the U.S. retail sector.
DeCicco & Sons' network provides a platform to introduce Swedish confectionery brands to a new consumer base in the United States. The Pick & Mix concept allows customers to select their own assortment of candies.
This pilot program represents Cloetta's efforts to test and develop its retail presence in new international markets, evaluating the potential for further growth and brand introduction in the North American region.
