Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA has registered its new share capital following an agreement with Orrön Energy Holding AB. The company issued 124.4 million new shares as partial settlement for acquired wind assets.

Oslo, Norway – Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA has registered its new share capital, following a stock exchange announcement on August 31, 2026, regarding the issuance of 124,378,083 new shares. The shares were issued as partial settlement for the acquisition of assets.
The newly issued shares, referred to as "Consideration Shares," were part of the completion of an agreement with Orrön Energy Holding AB. This agreement involved acquiring a majority of Orrön's Swedish wind assets and the remaining 50% stake in the Finnish onshore wind farm (MLK).
The registration of the increased share capital signifies the formalization of this transaction. Cloudberry Clean Energy continues to pursue its strategy of expanding its renewable energy portfolio in the Nordic region. The company focuses on developing and operating clean energy projects.
