Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA Secures New NOK 1 Billion Credit Facility
Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA has finalized a credit agreement to increase its existing debt facility by NOK 1,000 million, bringing the total to NOK 3,200 million. The agreement includes an option for an additional NOK 750 million.

Oslo, Norway – Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA announced the execution of a new credit agreement, raising its existing debt facility by NOK 1,000 million to a total of NOK 3,200 million. The agreement also includes an option to further increase the facility by NOK 750 million.
The deal was signed with a syndicate of banks, including SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge, SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge, and SpareBank 1 Østlandet. The company had initially announced the credit approvals for this increase on June 25, 2026.
This expanded financing is intended to support Cloudberry Clean Energy's ongoing growth and development in the renewable energy sector. The funds will likely be utilized for new project investments and the expansion of existing renewable energy assets.
