Oslo, Norway – Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA announced the successful completion of its acquisition of a Nordic renewable energy platform from Orrön Energy Holding AB. The deal, initially announced on June 25, 2026, enhances Cloudberry's standing within the Nordic renewable energy sector.
The acquisition adds approximately 758 GWh to Cloudberry's annual proportionate power production. This brings the company's total annual proportionate production to approximately 2.1 TWh, nearly doubling its output compared to the end of 2025.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The move is expected to substantially expand Cloudberry's operational scale and market presence in the rapidly developing Nordic renewable energy landscape.
