Three IT service providers, CloudScale365, Valeo Networks, and PCS International, have combined under a single brand, Forte Technologies. The new entity will serve over 3,300 clients nationally as a managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance partner.
IRVING, Texas – July 22, 2026 – CloudScale365, Valeo Networks, and PCS International announced today their consolidation under a single brand, Forte Technologies. The combined company, a portfolio company of Broadwing Capital, is a national provider of managed IT, cybersecurity, private and public cloud, and compliance services.
Forte Technologies will serve more than 3,300 customers across the country, merging the expertise and resources of the three originating firms. The rebranding aims to reflect what clients valued in the individual companies: deep industry knowledge and dedicated partnerships.
