CM Injury Trial Lawyers, a new Philadelphia-based boutique firm specializing in catastrophic injury and medical malpractice, has selected Parambil's AI-powered platform for its medical record review processes.
Parambil is designed for complex medical litigation, including medical malpractice, birth injuries, and catastrophic injuries. The platform allows law firms to rapidly review large volumes of medical records, identify deviations from the standard of care, and produce comprehensive work products. For CM Injury Trial Lawyers, the technology is intended to support attorneys in focusing on high-value legal work while enhancing the review of medical documentation.
The firm, founded by former Kline & Specter partners Frank Mangiaracina and Michael Cavaliere, launched in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, in late August. Their stated goal was to build a technology-enabled practice strong in complex, high-stakes injury litigation. Parambil is positioned as a key component of CM Injury's technology stack.
Frank Mangiaracina stated that the platform extends their existing work rather than replacing it, ensuring no detail in the records is missed while maintaining attorney oversight. Michael Cavaliere added that the technology enables them to know the case record better than anyone else, ensuring superior preparation.
