CMEF Medical Device Fair to be Held in Beijing in October

BEIJING, China – September 30, 2026 – The 94th China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF), along with concurrent events like ICMD (medical device design and manufacturing), CRS (rehabilitation and assistive technology), and CECN (elderly care and nursing), is scheduled to take place from October 21-24 at the Capital Exhibition & Convention Center in Beijing.

Organized by Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions, the event aims to present innovations across the entire medical device value chain. It seeks to promote international sourcing, technology exchange, and business partnerships. The fair will span approximately 170,000 square meters, featuring nearly 3,000 exhibitors and expecting over 120,000 professional visitors, including 10,000 international buyers.

The exhibition scope covers areas such as imaging diagnostics, in-vitro diagnostics, operating room equipment, medical consumables, rehabilitation, elderly care, home healthcare, pet health, aesthetic medicine, and emergency response. Specialized zones, including a "Medical AI Frontier Zone," will highlight emerging technologies like medical robotics, brain-computer interfaces, and AI-driven healthcare solutions.

The WeSeries initiative is designed to assist international buyers in product discovery, supplier evaluation, and business matchmaking. The WeTalk stage will feature solution presentations, while the WeMatch center will facilitate one-on-one meetings. Innovations from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will be showcased in a coordinated pavilion, emphasizing the area's healthcare ecosystem.

The event provides a platform for attendees to track technological trends, identify relevant products, and explore partnerships within the medical device value chain.
