ATLANTA – Groundfloor, a company specializing in real estate financing, has been named one of the world's top fintech companies for 2026 by CNBC and Statista. The company was recognized in the Alternative Financing category, which focuses on technology-driven, bank-independent financial solutions.
The ranking, now in its fourth year, identifies 500 companies across eight market segments that are shaping the future of financial services through innovation. The evaluation incorporated a combination of key performance indicators.
"This recognition reflects our commitment to transforming how real estate entrepreneurs access capital," said Brian Dally, co-founder and CEO of Groundfloor. He noted that the company's lending platform provides speed, transparency, and reliability for investors.
Since 2013, Groundfloor has provided over $2.2 billion in loans to real estate borrowers for various projects, including property renovations and new constructions. The company has also received prior recognition on lists such as Forbes' Fintech 50.
