CNP Assicura and Fineco Finalize Exclusive Life Insurance Distribution Deal in Italy
CNP Assicura, a subsidiary of CNP Assurances, has signed an exclusive four-year partnership with Fineco for the distribution of life insurance products in Italy.
CNP Assicurana, the Italian subsidiary of CNP Assurances, has entered into an exclusive four-year agreement with Fineco for the distribution of life insurance products through Fineco's network. This partnership aims to deepen the existing relationship between the two firms.
The deal is expected to support Fineco's wealth management and advisory services, while simultaneously reinforcing CNP Assicurana's presence in Italy's life insurance and wealth management sectors. Italy represents the second-largest European market for the CNP Assurances Group, trailing only France.
This agreement aligns with the implementation of CNP Assurances Group's "Lead for Impact 2026–2030" strategic plan. Under the terms of the pact, CNP Assicurana will expand its reach within the Italian life insurance segment by collaborating with Fineco, a prominent fintech bank.
CNP Assicurana will combine its expertise in life insurance with Fineco's capabilities in digital banking, advisory, and wealth management. The collaboration seeks to enhance offerings for customers seeking integrated financial and insurance solutions in Italy.
