Chinese machinery manufacturer QINGDAO CO-NELE MACHINERY CO., LTD. has completed the delivery and on-site commissioning of a 180 precast concrete batching plant in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This customized mixing system is designed for the mass production of prestressed concrete electric poles, supporting the construction of local power grid infrastructure.
The plant utilizes a CMP3000 vertical shaft planetary concrete mixer with a 3m³ batch capacity as its core component. This planetary mixer achieves 360° mixing without dead zones, making it suitable for the dry, low-slump, high-strength concrete required for concrete power poles. It ensures consistent compactness, compressive strength, and quality for the finished poles.
To withstand Mongolia's harsh climate, including large temperature differences and cold winters, the plant is equipped with cold-resistant electrical components, heavy-duty wear liners, and a reliable sealing structure for continuous operation. The belt conveyor feeding system provides smooth aggregate transport and minimizes the risk of blockages.
