CO-NELE Independently Developed Vertical Shaft Planetary Mixer Reducer

QINGDAO CO-NELE MACHINERY CO., LTD., based in Qingdao, has announced the independent development and in-house production of the reducer for its vertical shaft planetary mixers. This solution, stemming from the company's own R&D and manufacturing, aims to provide stable power transmission in demanding working conditions, including the production of ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC), refractory materials, and precast concrete.

The reducer utilizes a six-stage hardened gear-driving structure, designed to withstand heavy-duty use and severe working environments. CO-NELE reports that field tests have verified its performance, and the company has supplied these units to projects in Thailand, India, Brazil, and Chile.

The gearbox features CO-NELE's patented full oil-bath lubrication design, which the company claims enhances performance by reducing operating noise and increasing durability. Strict manufacturing standards are also emphasized, involving over 20 precision machining procedures and full-process quality inspection for each unit. The housing is constructed from high-end ductile alloy iron, ensuring hardness, impact resistance, and wear resistance for long-term, heavy-load operation.
