Qingdao Co-nele Machinery Co., Ltd. has introduced a new continuous high-intensity mixer developed for the metallurgical industry.

The unit is applied in iron ore sintering, pellet preparation, ash treatment, and flue dust granulation. It integrates efficient mixing, precision granulation, and uniform wetting, aiming to address drawbacks of traditional mixers like uneven blending, poor granulation, rapid wear, and high energy consumption.

The mixer utilizes Co-nele's proprietary 3D turbulent counter-current mixing technology. This technology ensures homogenous material distribution and minimizes agglomeration. The mixer's design accounts for the abrasive nature of metallurgical materials; all material-contacting components are constructed from wear-resistant steels such as HARDOX and JFE-EH. Optional wear-resistant coatings can be added for extreme conditions.

The equipment supports automated process integration and offers real-time monitoring capabilities. It can connect to factory automation systems for remote control and data collection, helping metallurgical plants improve product quality and optimize production costs.
