Co-nele Launches 200°C Melt Granulator for Petrochemical Powders

QINGDAO CO-NELE MACHINERY CO., LTD. has launched a new, fully automated melt granulator designed for continuous pellet production of petrochemical powders. The machine operates at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, integrating heating, mixing, and extrusion into a single process.

The new machine is tailored for processing thermoplastic petrochemical compounds, resin powders, and chemical filler powders. According to the manufacturer, the equipment's precise temperature control and advanced mixing structure prevent material degradation, ensure stable melt fluidity, and produce uniform pellets. This addresses issues with traditional granulation equipment, such as uneven mixing, coarse pellets, and low yield.

The process begins with automatic powder feeding, followed by heating to 200°C. The heated material melts into a viscous, homogeneous mass. A twin-screw mixing structure ensures complete blending before the molten material is extruded through a die and cut into uniform pellets. Finished pellets are discharged for further processing.

Co-Nele offers customized solutions for the machine, including an adjustable temperature range (0–300°C) and various production capacities (50–2000 kg/h). The equipment is CE and ISO certified, and the company provides material testing, installation guidance, and global after-sales service.
