Contract lifecycle management provider CobbleStone Software has launched its Compliance+ Module, designed to simplify due diligence and third-party oversight. The software centralizes screening processes that previously required managing multiple independent connectors.
The tool integrates data from five distinct sources: Dun & Bradstreet, OFAC, SAM.gov, NPI, and OIG. By merging these into a single interface, the company aims to reduce the administrative workload for compliance teams tasked with vetting vendors, suppliers, and clients.
CEO Mark Nastasi stated that the module was built to provide a scalable, user-friendly solution to the increasing complexity of regulatory adherence. The baseline offering supports up to 1,000 records across the integrated databases. The solution is currently available to existing clients and new users seeking to improve their vetting efficiency.
