CodeTwo Email Signatures Updated with New Features

CodeTwo Email Signatures has rolled out an update to enhance its functionality for both Microsoft 365 and on-premises Exchange Server environments. The update introduces a feature for selecting specific signatures for outgoing emails, an improved Outlook add-in, and expanded language support.

The key new feature allows users to choose the appropriate signature when sending emails from shared mailboxes, delegated mailboxes, or alias addresses. This aims to prevent the use of incorrect signatures in customer service, sales, and shared team inboxes. Administrators can enable this function within the CodeTwo Admin Panel.

The Outlook add-in has been redesigned for a more streamlined signature insertion process. Users can now click directly on the desired signature to insert it, regardless of whether they are using Outlook on Windows, Mac, or the web. The add-in now also supports French, Dutch, Spanish, and Polish, automatically adapting to the user's Outlook language settings.

IT administrators gain enhanced control with the ability to show or hide the link to the 'My user info' application within the add-in. This application allows users to manage their own contact details used in signatures and auto-replies, giving administrators discretion over user access to this feature.

CodeTwo provides solutions for both cloud-based Microsoft 365 environments (CodeTwo Email Signatures 365) and local Exchange Server infrastructures (CodeTwo Email Signatures On-Prem). Both versions offer centralized management and automated application of email signatures that align with a company's corporate identity.
