Global communications agency Cognito has partnered with AI firm DeepSeer to launch "Predictive Intelligence," a new advisory service for financial services and technology firms. The service aims to identify reputational risks and emerging conversations before they gain traction in mainstream media.
The offering combines DeepSeer's network analysis technology with Cognito's sector expertise. It monitors the formation and spread of conversations across analyst communities, investor networks, and specialist media, providing communications, investor relations, and public affairs leaders with an early warning system for reputational and market risks.
The service enables firms to understand and shape narratives forming within their markets before they reach broader audiences. It also helps identify what conversations are occurring about a company or sector, where they originate, and who is driving them.
"In the financial services sector, the wrong narrative at the wrong time can move markets or trigger regulatory action," said Tom Coombes, CEO of Cognito. "With Predictive Intelligence, firms can now identify, understand, and act on these narratives to support strategic reputational management."
