Collective Mining Ltd. has initiated a 14,000-meter diamond drilling program at its Nkob gold, silver, and copper project located in Colombia. The primary objective of this program is to expand known mineralized zones both to the north and south, as well as to test additional prospective targets.
The company also announced the completion of 900 meters of drilling at the Gary target area within the Nkob project. These results have confirmed existing mineralization and indicated potential for mineralization to continue at greater depths.
Diego Buitron, CEO of Collective Mining, emphasized that the new drilling program represents a significant step in advancing the project. "This drilling program is vital for growing the Nkob resource base and fully realizing its potential," Buitron stated.
The company's strategy at the Nkob project involves systematically delineating and expanding known mineral deposits while exploring for new discoveries through advanced drilling techniques. Collective Mining aims to significantly enhance the project's economic value and resource tonnage in upcoming evaluations.
