ColorOS 17 Beta Recruitment Opens for Multiple OPPO, OnePlus, and Realme Devices

ColorOS has announced the commencement of its beta testing program for the ColorOS 17 operating system. The recruitment drive, which began on September 11, targets a significant number of devices from OPPO, OnePlus, and Realme.

The initial phase of recruitment includes various models such as the OPPO Find N6 series, OPPO Find X9 series, OnePlus 15, and Realme GT8 Pro. In total, 49 models are slated to participate across three recruitment phases. The application window for the first batch of devices is open until September 15.

Further recruitment phases are scheduled, with the second batch expected to begin around September 17 and the third on October 3. IT Home reports that more details regarding subsequent recruitment waves will be unveiled at the ColorOS 17 launch and developer conference on September 17.

Participants will be selected based on their application details and a questionnaire. Initial users are expected to receive the beta build starting September 17, with all selected testers receiving the update by September 23 at the latest. Users are advised to back up their data before proceeding with the installation.
