A "Stand Up for Animals" comedy charity event will take place in Brighton on November 10th, featuring comedians such as Jen Brister, Daniel Foxx, and Tom Ward. Organized by International Animal Rescue UK, the event aims to raise funds for animals in need globally, with a particular focus on orangutans suffering in Indonesia.

The event is scheduled to be held at Komedia's basement venue. Doors open at 6:30 PM, with the show commencing at 7:30 PM. Ticket prices start at £18 plus a £2 fee. The event is for attendees aged 16 and over, and a vegetarian snack menu will be available.

International Animal Rescue is dedicated to rescuing and protecting animals worldwide. The organization highlights the critical situation of orangutans in Indonesia, whose habitats are threatened by deforestation and fires. Funds raised from the comedy night will directly support these conservation efforts.

"It’s a great value night out with some top notch comedy talent. International Animal Rescue can’t thank the comedians enough for their support," said Jeanette from IAR. Tickets can be purchased through Komedia's website.
