Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) has appointed Dr. Pablo Hernandez as its new Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Hernandez brings over two decades of experience in caring for dual-eligible individuals.

Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) has appointed Dr. Pablo Hernandez as its new Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Hernandez assumes his new role effective immediately.
Dr. Hernandez is a physician leader with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare. His background includes extensive work with dual-eligible individuals across community health centers, academic medicine, and managed care plans.
Prior to joining CCA, Dr. Hernandez served as Chief Medical Officer at Community Care of North Carolina. In that role, he was responsible for the strategic development and quality oversight of healthcare services.
The appointment is part of CCA's ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team and enhance the healthcare experience for its dual-eligible members. The organization focuses on providing comprehensive and integrated health services.
